- Days on Market: Increased to 59 Asheville; 81 Buncombe.
- Inventory: Moving toward balance, but still under 6 months for most segments; $1.5M+ in Asheville at 12.7 months.
- Storm Impact: Declining tourism continues to ripple through the economy. Short-term rental income and hotel occupancy remain down, though inventory recovery and balanced market indicators point to longer-term stabilization.
