Biography
As a lifelong Asheville resident and real estate broker with more than a decade of experience, I bring my clients something that can’t be learned simply by studying market statistics: a lifetime of firsthand knowledge of Asheville and Buncombe County. I specialize in distinctive properties, including historic and older homes, Downtown Asheville condos, luxury homes, high-end new construction, mountain properties, vacation homes and second homes, with experience in communities such as The Ramble, Biltmore Forest, Biltmore Park, Biltmore Lake, Grove Park and Lakeview Park. I particularly enjoy helping clients relocate to Asheville or purchase a second home or mountain retreat, providing local insight into neighborhoods, construction styles, renovation considerations and the nuances of individual communities. For sellers, I combine market knowledge, strategic pricing, professional marketing and transaction experience to position unique properties effectively. My practice is as diverse as Asheville itself. I may be representing the seller of a multimillion-dollar property in one transaction while helping a first-time buyer navigate inspections, financing and negotiations in another. In 2025, I closed $25 million in real estate sales, and as of September 2026, I am the top-producing agent at Mosaic Community Lifestyle Realty and rank fifth among residential sales agents within the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®. My own experience purchasing and renovating homes gives me added perspective when evaluating Asheville’s older housing stock. Before entering real estate, I earned a BS from Appalachian State University and an MS from Western Carolina University and worked as a licensed counselor and in healthcare administration. Those experiences still shape how I practice today: listen carefully, communicate clearly and advocate strongly for the people I represent.
Her connection to Asheville
I’ve watched Asheville evolve from a quieter mountain town into the vibrant community it is today and have seen firsthand how our neighborhoods, downtown and housing market have changed along the way. Because Asheville has always been home, my understanding of this area extends far beyond real estate statistics—I know the history, personalities and subtle differences that make each community unique. I’ve built my life and career here, raised my family here, purchased and renovated homes here, and spent more than a decade helping others find their place in Western North Carolina. Hurricane Helene deepened that connection as I witnessed its impact on our homes, businesses and neighborhoods. As our region continues to rebuild, I remain deeply invested in Asheville’s future and proud to share a lifetime of perspective with the clients I serve.
Community
I remain deeply committed to Asheville’s rebuilding and long-term vitality through volunteer work, nonprofit partnerships and my service as a board member of the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority. That work keeps me engaged with the issues affecting our neighborhoods, businesses, homeowners and the future of Asheville and Buncombe County. Whether I am helping someone sell a luxury home, purchase a historic property, relocate to the area, find a mountain second home or buy their first home, my goal is the same: knowledgeable, honest and highly personal representation. I strive to bring integrity, dedication and enthusiasm to every transaction. I’ve called Asheville home my entire life, and helping others successfully buy or sell here is one of the most meaningful ways I can give back to the community I will always call home.
